Admissions Policy

BETA International

BETA International is a business trade event that connects professionals in the equine and pet sectors with brands, products and services. As BETA International is a trade only event, visitors may be asked to provide proof of trade status and industry relevance when registering to attend. To ensure a smooth registration process you may need to provide additional information and if you cannot your registration may not be approved. Additional information includes but is not limited to:
  • Website or social media business page URL

  • Connection between yourself and the business (i.e. work email address, LinkedIn profile)

  • Connection between the business and the equine and country sectors

Registration process
We recommend all visitors pre-register to attend BETA International and can do so via our online form. Visitors can register onsite at BETA International but will need to supply a supporting business card as proof of trade.

As BETA International is a business-to-business event, no children under 18 years of age will be allowed entry during build up, break down or the show open days. For safety of people at BETA International, the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches.

Press
Press badges at BETA International are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters and web bloggers associated with the industry.

Badge procedure
Once inside the hall, all attendees must wear their badge. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the event. Anyone obtaining a badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will likely be asked to leave the Event.

By choosing to allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor during the event, you will be providing your name and contact details to the exhibitor or sponsor, who may contact you about their products or services in the future.

Canvassing & touting
Anyone attending BETA International must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt the business activities at the show.

Photography and Recording
Official photographers and film crew will be taking photographs and recording and/or streaming videos at the Event. Each attendee authorises such photography and recording and permits the Organisers to use the attendee’s image, likeness and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation or credit to the attendee.

Service, Safety and Security
The safety and security of our staff and attendees is our priority. We work closely with the venue, local and national authorities to identify risks, assess them and develop security plans for our events.

We recommend keeping personal property with you at all times and do not leave any items unattended. If you see anything unusual or suspicious, please report it to the Organisers Office.

Service Animals
Trained assistance and guide dogs are welcome but please be mindful that certain environments, where noise levels or attendance numbers are high, can be stressful or confusing for assistance dogs. For the safety and wellbeing of your dog please make them visible to staff and other visitors at all times.
